Engineering Project
We use the NX CAD software for 3D modeling and ensuring the reproduction of the shares and details of 2D drawing to prepare the solid item with the maximum fidelity in order to realize the CNC programs that will feed our milling machines. Later this 3D model also feed our three-dimensional measuring machine to guarantee the positions and original tolerances.
Programing
The application of modern NX CAM software ensures CNC programs tha uses the best machining strategies, supported by post-processors developed by experts. We are able to perform programming for machining up to 5-axis integrated and simultaneous.
Precision Machining
We are equipped with modern machine tools DMG MORI and HELLERwith a capacity for high precision machining in 3-axis, 4-axis and up to 5 integrated and simultaneous axes, including the completion of vertical turning operations to size parts up to 1250mm and weight 2.5 tons. At the same time, we have modern center of universal horizontal turning, equipped with driven tools that make it possible to combine turning operations with milling for parts with diameters up to 500mm and 1000mm long.
Quality Assurance
From receipt of raw materials, through the production process to the final inspection metrology. Every quality of the production process is tracked by own internal documentation, with involvement and monitoring of Engineering, Production, Quality and Delivery. Quality assurance is ensured by the processes plustech administered by TESA and MAHR measuring equipment calibrated and tracked, and measured by the control in Three-Dimensional Measurement Machine DEA Global Performance. All guaranteed by ISO9001: 2008 certification current.
